I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regency! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely welcome. A special shoutout to Imed (chasseur), who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His warm and attentive service really stood out and made a lasting impression. This hotel was exceptional. The staff are so warm and friendly from the security at the door to receptionist to the bagage handlers to the cleaning ladies. My husband and I enjoyed our time here, we were waited on hand and foot. All of the staff were eager to answer our questions and help. The room we had was great and the breakfast was a feast not just a continental breakfast like other hotels. Reception even gave me a cute parting gift which was a wonderful surprise. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
