The front desk staff were very professional. We asked about arranging a taxi the day before departure, and everything was prepared exactly as requested on the morning we left. The room was spacious, very clean, and featured wooden flooring with plenty of power outlets. Most of the outlets are two-pin, so be sure to bring an adapter if needed. We arrived late at night and found limited food options nearby, but there is a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, which was convenient.

The texture of the walls around the hotel and the decoration. The business center and reading area provide places to work while waiting for check-in. The room has everything in the right place, and the voice control information desk is nice.

Complimentary upgrade of room upon check in Breakfast included, wide variety with live noodle diy station but hot food didn't remain hot, they were cold Water dispenser on level 1, though the dispensing is not a constant stream Bathroom sink is very wide but too shallow; easily touches the bottom when washing hands

Overall okay for one night, i don't know about the shower because I did not use it, ceiling was peeling of a bit Friendly staff Great value breakfast

Very cute theme, convenient location (right across from National Palace Museum), clean and comfortable

Nice to have had paper towels in the kitchen, and dishwashing detergent. Also nice that tea bags were provided at the front lobby. Nice to have reception staff for check in/out and answer any questions.

Value for money with 5 star comfort

Location was decent, there were shops and a shopping complex with restaurants a bit down the road as well as convenience store across the road. Rooms had everything we need for a stay and breakfast buffet was great and convenient. Bed was nice and firm, we had great sleep that night
