Really good value and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Everything in the room seemed very new. The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.

Location was excellent-close to the airport and close to the HSR(high speed railway) station. And the gratis , free shuttle to and from the airport testifies highly of the Sheraton hotel. Breakfast became for us a Lucullus treat in itself. Chapeaux bas.

Location: 5-7 mins walk from the taoyuan mrt station. There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds (+ platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.

The room is so clean, a lot of Filipino staff they are friendly.

I stayed for 10 days. During this period my experience is that the staff is very helpful and can understand Chinese and English. They were very accomodating with the check-in and check-out, ordering taxi and room services. The establishment is very tidy and clean and is daily maintenanced. There are free water bottles and drinks in the fridge, and a selection of tea on the table counter. For a quick night snack there is a famous fast food chain at the back, which is 24/7 open. Overall I'm very content and certainly got my money's worth.

The AC was nice and cold and though firm the bed was excellent. And really good wifi.
