Parking, service and hospitality. Kitchen is perfect

The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. It was so nice to have them assist with trying to get a taxi for us. We don't speak Ukrainian and our cell service wasn't working but they tried to help us. We also personally LOVED the restaurant! We loved the included breakfast and everything else we purchased. The chefs are obviously very good and the coffee is delicious!

You can crush in with your bag in the hotel lobby if you’re with luggage waiting for taxi etc. Wins on the price comparing to Airbnbs & other hotels. Quality and creative amenities elevating the boutique hotels game amongst other places in Ukraine. Perfect for digital nomads who don’t like to waste time running around city covering basic needs.

Room 13 plenty of privacy the bed was large and comfy im 6 ft 5 250 lbs and no issue..shower good strong flow and hot..all clean and nice covered patio to sit even if its raining and it has.

Perfect location in the historical center city. Nice view to the old church, very kind staff. The hotel has private parking, this is very important in the center city.

Breakfast, design, furniture, service

The presidential suite was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi large, and generally felt like a small luxury apartment as opposed to a hotel room. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the kitchen area (it was a full size refrigerator and sink, but rather small microwave).

Everything was really well and exceeded expectations. the choice of food in the restaurant was very surprising, wide choices of different dishes, exceptional food and serving, and the possibility of room service. good choice of local cuisine. SPA area at ok level. nice and tidy rooms. very helpful staff.

The location was ideal and the staff was exceptional! Sophie at the front desk, Denys, Maxym, another lovely woman whose name I am blanking on but was an absolute pleasure, everyone there was so helpful. They always greeted us with a big smile and always so helpful. I’d go back just for the staff.
