It is a really nice hotel. The staff was really helpful and nice. The place has an air raid shelter with beds in it what is a big plus. The lobby is a really comfy reading place what I really loved and visited daily.

The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and generous. Everyone smiles and made me feel welcome. This was my first trip to Kharkiv. I'm definitely staying here during my next visit.

Good communication, staff was very friendly and observant. They even called me to remind me of ordering breakfast. There was free coffee and tea. Checking in and out was easy. With a taxi you're in the center in about 10 minutes. The room was spacious and clean with good lighting. The bathroom was great, very good waterpressure and hot water. I will come back here if I'm going to visit Kharkiv again.

The hotel locates in the center of city. The room was very clean and beautiful. It satisfied all my requirements. The staff was kind.

i left my jacket in the hotel and the had it in Nova Poshta and on the way to Kyv immediately

Walkable from the train station. Friendly, accommodating management with enough English that I didn't have to stumble over my Surzhik too much. Very comfortable, new bed - definitely a step up over 95% of the hotels in the area. Clean, modern renovation.

The property is a hidden gem. The staff were very accommodating and the front desk and restaurant staff that I dealt with were gracious to indulge my poor Ukrainian language skills and happily communicated with me in English. This I greatly appreciated. As I had a very early train when departing Kharkiv the wonderful lady at the front desk ensured that I had a breakfast box to take with me. My well-being was of utmost importance to her and this is truly a sign of personal service and a staff that appreciates its travellers. Remarkable in this day and age and I am grateful for her care and concern.
