Stuff was friendly and helpful, we checked in earlier as we were with a small kid, that was a nice bonus. Close to the railway station, it was easy to find. Quiet and comfortable room with a stunning view on an Elephant mountain. Bathroom was big with heated floor.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, the swimming pool that is included in the price (though we didn't use it, unfortunately, but that was up to us). Not exceptional but acceptable breakfast, the staff was willing to help when we needed a really early breakfast by preparing it beforehand. A small fridge in the room is definitely a plus. Nice territory, lounge zone, nice views, definitely would like to come again.

The location up in the local mountains and nearby trailheads was wonderful. The staff was excellent in supporting my requests (inclusive of driving me to Mount Hoverla). The hotel restaurant is on par with a high-end restaurant. The room was spacious and clean

I came for vacation with my girlfriend. We spent here 5 days. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists (Anastasia and Ivana) and staff ever (Ivan, Vova and Oleh), lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in spa. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
