Kind stuff, tasty breakfast, clean room and bathroom

In general I liked this hotel, it offered a comfortable stay with nice amenities. While it's located away from the city center, the location proved convenient with a large shopping center and supermarket nearby, this made it ideal for my work trip.

The room was quite comfortable, the breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room.

My stay was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff. A special thank you to Katerina at reception, who was an absolute delight. Upon arrival, she kindly switched to perfect English and immediately made me feel welcome. She is one of the most genuine, positive, and funny people I've ever met—our chats about the city and current events were a highlight of my trip. The hotel itself is impressive: a large building featuring big, modern rooms that are truly top-notch. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the in-room coffee maker and electric kettle with tea. It truly has everything you could need: a great breakfast, useful facilities, grocery stores nearby, and a location that is very close to the center. I couldn't have asked for more.

The room has a sauna. The restaurant food is excellent. The location of hotel has direct entrance to park which has great views and the walk is great exercise. Just go thru the park to get to central Lviv.

Everything! What a gem tucked away in an alcove off the street! When you arrive, your first thought will be, “This can’t be right.” But, trust me. Push the buzzer, pass through the big iron gate and be surprised to find this absolutely magnificent newly renovated and spotlessly clean treasure awaiting you. Yes, the rooms are pretty small, but this is Eastern Europe. What else would you expect? They more than make up for it with the super friendly staff, perfect appointments, delicious and low priced breakfast and a location within a 10 minute walk of the train station and bus/tram stops.

I like almost everything, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and nice people in reception. In total - nice hotel. Breakfast was not included, but possible to order and it was cheap, super delicious, and big.

Just a fantastic hotel, we have stayed here many times and each one of my stays have been great. The hotel is fantastic and the food is great too. We like this hotel very much.

the bed is super comfortable, it was very clean and the staff is amazing. i could easily adjust my staying time and even if there was no electricity, it was still amazing to be there. the supermarkets are near and you need only 20 minutes to get to the city center by public transport
