Immediately warm, genuine and welcoming receptionists, absolute master class hospitality. Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Very nice hotel, clean and cozy, we didn't include breakfasts in our booking , but we had a breakfast one time in their cafe , and it was delicious ! It was nice to have a balcony in the room, and they clean our room very good and carefully.
