Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

I was visiting a family in Ternopil. The location was great because the hotel was close to my family's apartment. Also, it was very close to a nice quiet restaurant, and the service was excellent.

Loved the location. Located in the middle of a beautiful and quiet park yet a short walk away from supermarkets, bakeries, fast-food joints etc. Friendly and helpful girl at the reception. I could also watch tennis matches from my room which I thought was pretty cool.

Breakfast was a nice blend of what I would expect in America and Europe.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent snack and drink choices in the mini bar.

The facility has an amazing sauna

Great hotel with friendly customer service and good food. It is a smaller hotel with a restaurant on the main floor. They do have large rooms downstairs or upstairs if you want to rent for weddings, parties, or privately for you and your loved one.

Right by the train station. 4 bunk beds per room with locked storage for your luggage. The kitchen has water, a microwave, and a hot pot for boiling water. The bathroom has toilet and shower stalls.

I have room on 4th floor adn it was nice and clean. Also this facility has elevator that very helpfull if you have heavy bags. There was king size bad with soft pillows. Also that room has nice balcony that allow you to view night city. There is restorant inside this facility that provide breakfast at the morning, so you do not need to go anyvere. Personal was nice and profecionall and help me with all my questions.

Good hotel, located near the center. There is an air conditioner, so it was comfortable having +30* outside.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Showed us how to get to the restaurant from the inside. I enjoy how unique this place is.

The attitude of the hotel's staff is excellent. Very helpful and responsive, addressing all queries right away in an efficient manner. The breakfast is fantastic. Great view from the window. The bedsheets and towels are clean and of good quality. Next to the hotel is a good restaurant ("River"), very convenient.
