The staff were very receptive and respectful, they made sure to attend to my every need. The rooms were spotless, and their dinner and breakfast was superb. The environment is quite calm at all times, aleast for the night I spent and their top of the hill location gives you that atmospheric luxurious feel. A must stay for couples and work travel as well.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful; the receptionists were ready to help anytime and were very polite. I want to give a special shout to Annet and her team at the Reception and the Restaurant Supervisor and her Team, they always call me for breakfast if they don't see me in time. I appreciate all of them. I promise to stay there again anytime I am in Entebbe.

The suite is organized in color themes and and cream was my best, the staff who served me where at their best. the gentle and the brown lady, where only a call away, Peace of Mind Suite Entebbe is small but the care is exceptional. The staff took me around to purchase the vegetables and the fruits that i wanted... and They offered to wash my clothes for free as an offer. imagine

Excellent customer service with good amenities.

I stayed at Mist Hotel Entebbe recently and overall i had a pleasant experience. The hotel is Very close to Entebbe International Airport, which made getting to and from flights quick and convenient. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful at check-in and throughout my stay. The room was tidy, well-maintained and comfortable with good bedding. The breakfast had a good selection and was served on time. Generally this hotel is Great for resting, especially if you’re on a layover or business trip.

The location is great, close to the airport (20 mins with a taxi) and also close to the centre (botanical garden, Victoria mall, some shops, cafes, etc.) Beautiful, calm area Wonderful views from the room to the forests Pleasant and helpful employees Security of the premises

Such a lovely hotel with a lake and a park full of playful monkeys. The glamping tent are very comfortable with all the needed amenities. Shared bathroom and showers are very clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and even offer a packed breakfast if you have an early flight back. The staff was absolutely amazing, kind and very professional

The staff (the receptionists, Moses, Doreen and the Bar girl, Sonia and the chief are amazing and super responsive. The true integrity is there with them. The breakfasts are perfect. The hotel is very close to the beach and fisherman village. The Vitoria Mall is in the walking distance while it is also close to the long beach where you can also find many local restaurants. The local food (Matooke and Posho with beef stew, fired fish and bean soup from the Hotel Casabella restaurant is fantastic. I stayed for 10 nights.

From the moment I arrived after booking the same day I had a very wonderful experience. The staff greeted me with big smiles and welcoming conversation and gestures. I was offered some soothing warm tea, which was perfect as I look forward to a restful evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the property very attractive and safe and pretty. The breakfast was out of this world with fruit and toast and juice and omelette and coffee that was included in the price. I felt like a queen. I highly recommend if you’re flying into Entebbe or spending time here for other reasons. It is a gem!

Everything from staff location comfort and quick response

The staff was great ! They treatment that I received was exceptional! Elizabeth particularly helped me to solve a few problems that I faced when I arrived at the country, and I am very much grateful for that! The room was very comfy and beautiful. I also had a view of the lake from my window. The breakfast was amazing, too. They always treated me so nicely when it was breakfast time. The view from the terrace is extraordinary! You should watch the sunset! The location is very good. Close to Entebbe airport and Victoria Mall of Entebbe. I definitely recommend this place !!!
