Nothing I reserved a room 2 months before and paid. Drove 16 hours to find out they rented my room out they new room only had one bed. It was 10:30pm had to drive to Walmart to buy air mattresses because they had not cotts for my kids to sleep on. Manager was horrible did nothing to help or accommodate us or apologize. Then charged my an extra night for canceling the rest of the nights. I then had to pay for another hotel.

We stayed here because of attending a football game at UF and availability of hotel rooms was scarce. The rooms are a little outdated but you couldn’t ask for a nicer staff, they are great people, and very accommodating.

I liked the front desk agent she was very sweet the older lady overall the hotel is very comfortable I have no complaints, 8m going to be visiting in that city more often and i wouldn't go anywhere else
