Lots of carefully planned personal touches. Patty was very sweet and accommodating. really close to the beach and all the fun activities. Perfect location and charming vibe. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, great amenities.

United StatesI dont know why there’s alot of bad review but we had an awesome stay! We came in a little bit earlier than the check in time but we were given our card key right away. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They had good breakfast too (Pictures attached). One thing that bothered us was that we can hear the noice from the other room but it was nothing. We had a good stay and good sleep. Free parking too.

Great getaway for a weekend trip.
Great getaway for a weekend trip. Beach town vibes in a midwestern town. Loved dinner at the Okoboji Store - right on the lakefront. Arnold's Park offers a great boardwalk with THE best ice cream shop - The Nutty Bar- and coffee shop - Topog. Both of these allow families to splurge on a sweet treat or specialty coffees and drinks with such affordable menu pricing plus great staff at both! Preservation Plaza offers free concerts each weekend. Go Karts at Arnold's Park are a blast and also affordable with a buy 4 get 1 free option for rides. We also enjoyed the Saturday morning Farmer's Market on the boardwalk. Don't leave town without enjoying a meal at the Okoboji Store. Fantastic staff and wonderful food/drinks all enjoyed on the patio overlooking the marina and Lake Okoboji. Indoor and outdoor waterparks at Bridges Bay are fun for all ages. St. Joseph's Catholic Church offers 4 PM Mass on Saturdays and is a few short miles south of Arnold's Park. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and activities in Arnold's Park - something for everyone!

Arnold's Park is a classic Iowa vacation destination in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes, and as such attracts A LOT of visitors, especially over holiday weekends, We were there for a special event, but our event clearly was not the main thing happening. There are lots of things for visitors to do and the lakes are quite wonderful. If you are OK with crowds and slow traffic, it's hard not to like Arnold's Park. The Iowa Rock and Roll Museum and the Roof Garden Ballroom were our favorite spots. We ate a the Americana Grill at Bridges Bay Resort, which was excellent.

I heard this place described as "that one summer vacation...
I heard this place described as "that one summer vacation you had that you'll never forget" and that is a really accurate statement.
This is a hidden gem in the midwestern USA that really only the locals seem to know about. It's like someone took just a slice out of Coney Island and plopped it into the middle of a bunch of cornfields.
It has the vibe of a proper beach town, while maintaining that small-town USA charm.
There's a proper boardwalk with an amusement park. Free museums.
Free concerts most weekends. Plenty of solid restaurants. A nice little strip with some nice, hidden rooftop patio bars. A nice little swimming beach and some public docks, etc.
If you are staying right in Arnold's Park, you can pretty much walk to any of the cool things it has to offer. And everything else the Okoboji region has to offer is just a short drive away.
It does get very busy on weekends, but during the week it's super chill and relaxing.

We brought our grandson here for a mystery trip.
We brought our grandson here for a mystery trip. I had no idea that things in Arnolds Park shuts down before Labor Day. What a huge disappointment..so needless to say our adventure was not what I had planned on and we were less than impressed. Not going to be rushing back anytime soon. I will also be sure to share my disappointment with as many people as possible.

I have a family of 4. I feel if we spend over $200 to stay at this hotel, we should atleast get enough passes for our family. Instead, thankfully my daughter was 2 yrs of age so we didn't have to pay for her. I, myself, didn't even touch the water yet had to pay a spectator fee to assure my own children's safety. I'm sorry but that is asinine! This would be the only reason we wouldn't stay again. Everything else was great but getting 2 free passes when we already paid over $200 to stay at the facility, isn't acceptable.

This is a beautiful, spacious and well located cabin for a stay in Okoboji. It is walking distance to the Bridges Bay Resort, Lake Okoboji and Arnolds Park. The area is adorable and safe. We would for sure stay again and pray for better weather:)

Had all the amenities we needed to enjoy time as a family! Grills, outdoor furniture, puzzles, nice tv. And it was an easy walk to the water park a the main hotel! Loved that the place included day passes to the water park - a huge value add!
