Bathroom had an odor, carpets were worn and dirty but the worse part was the reservation process. When you call the number on the hotel website, you dont know (unless you ask) if you're talking directly to hotel staff or to an IHG call center. This caused a lot of problems while trying to book 7 rooms under a reduced rate. The hotel staff blamed IHG and insinuated it was my fault for making the reservation with IHG even though I had no idea I was redirected to the hotels call center. When I, and all the other guests in my party called the hotel to give them our reservation numbers and book rooms individually, they claimed their systems were down FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. That absolutely wasnt the case as I found out later.

The location, the room was large and everything was clean. It's pet friendly, and I had my cat with me.
Everyone was friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable. Lots of squishy pillows! A very nice large TV. The chair was very comfortable. I wanted to take it home.
The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the way they have large bottles of shampoo and body wash attached in the shower. There's a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Everything was great! I would definitely stay there again!

It’s a nice place to stay if you are in the area.
It’s a nice place to stay if you are in the area. I didn’t see a lot of the town, however everywhere we went , we were treated kindly. My daughter also found two wonderful restaurants for us to enjoy; one was a tapas place, and the other Italian. Those two places may have actually been in Worcester, but they were close to Auburn, which was very convenient for my daughter to pick me up and drop me off.

The beds were super and we fell asleep quickly after a long day of driving!

The room was decent and clean. What continues to impress me across the U.S., especially in most 3-star hotels I’ve stayed at, is the consistently clean bathrooms, as well as the fresh linens and towels — and this hotel was no exception. A reliable and comfortable choice for a short stay.
As for breakfast, it’s not exactly to European tastes — no vegetables, powdered scrambled eggs, and rather average coffee. A standard offering for this hotel category in the U.S., but worth noting for international travelers.

I need my money back $337.11, we could not stay there, as the room was moldy smelly unlivable, they could not give us another room available. I had to book another hotel for the same night.
