It was easy to find with adequate parking available near the entry, the building was beautiful and clean, the staff were all incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly! Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

Excellent little town in Ohio just south of Lake Erie known for its scenic beauty and Amish-like surroundings. The Greenway bike trail was a high point, and so was the dining places and cute little shops. The traffic was pretty easy to navigate through even for a holiday weekend.

Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful. It is close to Lake Erie with lovely drives and activities for all ages. We were there for a wedding so our time was preplanned, but driving through the area made me want to spend more time.

My car broke down on Austinburg exit and we stayed here for the time my car got fixed. The manager was super cool to let us early check-in and late check-out due to this extraordinary circumstances. They were very helpful during my entire stay. Pool was heated and nice. Breakfast was good with cheese egg, sausage, potato wedges, bagel, bread, cinnamon roll, cereals, milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. Room was clean, bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Very conveniently located on I-90.

Worst hotel I have ever booked with booking, this hotel must be 100 years old total unacceptable. 1. Air conditioner never work properly very warm setting was set for 68 I’m assuming it was a fake thermostat. 2. Bathroom horrible a toilet about 4 ft from a very outdated shower ( very old bathroom) 3. Very unpleasant smell 4. Over all room terribly outdated. I have 4 more reservations scheduled with booking and considering canceling Very upset!

The staff was exceptional. We will be traveling to the area periodically to take our daughter to Spire and solely due to the way the staff treated us, we decided to always stay at this hotel.
