The location has a good access from highway and provides a convenient parking space. There’s a mall nearby with stores and restaurants. The area looks well. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. Nothing special but exactly what you may expect from a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. Coffee, tea, and a water station are available in the lobby. The reception staff were super nice and shared some advice about the area.

The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchenette with a microwave. A great breakfast. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I applaud the front desk and the kitchen staff on doing an excellent job to make our family comfortable.

EARLY CHECK IN AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

I used to stay at this location when it was another brand. I was honestly concerned that Candlewood had simply changed out their logo for the other one but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they have redone the lobby and have renovated the rooms. The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming and Prit cheerfully helped me with bottled water for my daughter each morning. The Suites are conveniently located just off of Chagrin Blvd and there is a Target and a While Foods within a couple of miles in case you forgot something. The rooms are comfortable with new mattresses, fluffy comforters and a combination of firm and soft pillows that are discreetly identified by stitching on the pillowcases. The hotel is pet friendly and other pets were well controlled by their owners. The hotel was quiet, so we were able to get restful night's sleep. The room we stayed in (double queen) had a kitchenette with a sink, flattop stove and small refrigerator along with dinnerware, cookware and towels, dish soap and paper towels making meal prep (my breakfast granola and my dinner salad) easy and convenient given my food restrictions. The key cards worked correctly all weekend (an issue with the previous brand) and checkout was easy. I will definitely look to stay here the next time I am visiting family in the area.

Breakfast quality was great. The service was OK. There were only 4 patrons in the restaurant, and my order took over an hour and I was asked MULTIPLE times what my order was/

The staff was amazing. I stay here whenever I come down from buffalo to the Cleveland Clinic. The women in 3rd shift Constance was amazing and very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond.

i was in need of a bathtub. The remodeliing of the hotel very nice. May consider replacing the curtains of patching the shade part. We light shining thru the patches, takes away some of the beauty of the up grades. Tub water wasnt hot, retrieve hot water from kitchen sink. perfect temp. ALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ACCOMMODATING ANY REQUEST.

The location is amazing, right in Legacy Village near shopping stores, restaurants, and the Giant Eagle supermarket. The room was good with a nice sitting area, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room with all you needed to stay. Coffee, tissue, TP, lotion, bath supplies. Ask for and received blankets. Had a Hot Chocolate Bar set up for kids, served caterered in meal for supper (no extra charge) great meal with service. Beer and wine also no extra charge. Pleasantly surprised, one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed in.

Bed was very very comfortable and clean. We went for a game and had an amazing bed for rest after was the best .
