She was able to tell me the best time to leave as well as making sure to expedite my room being available because she didn’t want me just sitting waiting since I was alone very personable high levels of Customer Service. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool temp was not too cool & not too warm but the Spa was closed our entire week. The office area had outdated software and i couldnt log into my email. Our king size room was great size (1 adult, 2 teen daughters & our furrylove) and clean. Breakfast was great and the free coffee, cookies & fruit until midnight was great! Decent size outside areas for dogs, outside patio was closed off. Could use extra trash bucket, vending machine = crazy money so bring snacks & drinks. So many dining or take out just a few minutes away.

The hotel was easy to find.
The hotel was easy to find. We were only there overnight so we really didn’t explore Bedford, but the hotel was in a nice neighborhood. We would recommend the area and would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is very poorly maintained, we had to change rooms due a smell in the room provided.
We had various issues with the hotel including the Spa which was out of action and hadn’t been emptied for over 6 months.
We had to complain about noise, no Housekeeping and the Shower which leaked and I cut my finger on.
I’ve made a formal complaint to the Manager at the Hotel with no response received.

Bed was still comfortable.
