Comfort Suites Jacksonville Airport exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lot of choices… rooms were spacious (I got the large suite) and was close to restaurants and hwy. Front desk also was extremely helpful in helping me secure a shuttle to the cruise port and I parked my car there for a $7/day which was way cheaper than the cruise port. I had a great stay and will be back.

I loved the room very comfortable

coinvent location to the airport, we dropped off our hir car and were able to walk the short distance back to the hotel. The airport shuttle service was ready and waiting for us.

The first stay was nice . My second stay there was no chain. Lock on the door. The Office staff was not as friendly.

I didn't have any of the bad experiences mentioned in other reviews. It's a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is good. All the employees were very kind to me.
