The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff took excellent care of us. The breakfast was good, with many options to choose from.

It was very close to where I was visiting. Everything was fine. I enjoyed my visit very much as I always did. wnen I stayed at the Sheraton.

Even though there was a party there, they weren't noisy, and it was quiet throughout the night.

Staff great! Location to eating, drinking, shopping options and ORD are a huge plus.

Breakfast was great. Loved the lake view in dining area. The lounge, bar and fireplace were wonderful. Ate dinner there one night and had drinks w family.

We love the pool it was so nice and clean and the hot tub was so relaxing

Convenient and plentiful parking, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Housekeeping even folded the kids blankets and displayed them stylishly on the beds.

Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff was exceptional. They were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Roberto assisted me & he was so kind, prompt, and efficient. The rooms were well cleaned, no complaints.

From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.
