Nicely appointed, well equipped and decorated nicely. The property was very conveniently located to the downtown spas, just a short trip. There’s a local restaurant/gastro pub less than a mile away and a trail head just a quick walk from the house(white trail). The hot tube was super nice too!

The rooms were big. You have everything in the suit that you need. The bed was comfortable. We had booked two rooms. We were in room 7 and the Betty Lou .Both rooms were awesome.

Instructions were very clear. The area is quiet. There were beds and bathrooms on each of the floors. The towels and bedsheets were cleaned and there was soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Very convenient grill area on the deck.

This place was a beatiful place ,my husband & I could stayed...

This place was a beatiful place ,my husband & I could stayed longer.we loved it there,alot to see & to do there.Lots of places to see & shop.Dollar general & a Goodwill,because I packed my husbands clothes & forgot some of mine owe,plus I forgot a ohone charger.my husband & I went there to see the castle,the tour was great,plus the lady that did the tour.We found the place on facebook.the resturant by our hotel was great.

Berkeley Springs is a lovely little town, we especially liked the Thrift Mall, Fairfax Coffee House, the unique thrift stores and boutiques, and Community Garden Market. The closest proper grocery store is Food Lion, which had exceptional vegan and gluten free options which we were really happy with as we had been worried about accessing vegan and gluten-free food while staying there. The hot baths were nice, but be aware that all of the spa and bath options are quite expensive and make sure to book in advance where you can. Nearby, we really enjoyed the Oak Barrel cafe - don't be fooled by the fact that it's next to a gas station, it was some of the best food of our stay! Berkeley Springs was surprisingly LGBTQ+ friendly for such a small town, with lots of businesses displaying pride flags and inclusive messaging. P.S. Check out who owns the castle before going there!!! We made sure to avoid it during our trip.

very easy to get to. excellent and very clean rooms.exceptional breakfast. very competent and friendly owners. Our stay was so very comfortable and relaxing. Just a short walk to businesses downtown. It was just a wonderful place to stay!

Berkeley Springs is a very small town.

Berkeley Springs is a very small town. The only reason & its not very large, would be to go to the Roman Baths or spa services. They were also very nice & clean, wonderful experience. You could make this a pit stop then stay or go somewhere else because there really was not much else to see or do here!!

Berkeley is a beautiful town with lots of shops and wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the town during the day and meeting new people. It was great getaway only 2 hours from our home. We hope to return soon.

Breakfast was great! Loved that they made me a vegetarian version without me even asking ! Location was central to Berkeley springs! On top of a nice hill. Hosts were very kind and welcoming and made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. The room was also great, the bed was very comfy!!
