Blue Ridge is the perfect mountain getaway any time of year! Plenty of activities to engage in but with so many wonderful accommodations around you’ll be sure to find a comfortable property where you might choose to do nothing at all! Great local restaurants, coffee houses, and quaint shops. Our favorites: -Mountain Mama’s Coffee -Mystic Mountain Pizza -Toccoa Valley Campground (tubing) -The Folk Collaborative (short drive from Blue Ridge) -Lake Blue Ridge -Mercier Orchards -The Swan Drive-In -Huck’s General Store -Chester Brunnenmeyer’s

Great place to stay for three couples.

Great place to stay for three couples. Three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms as well. Loved the big screen tv and basement set up and the view is amazing as is the outdoor fireplace area and fire pit too! You cant beat the Cucina Rustica in Morganton for homemade Italian. The Black Sheep in Blue Ridge never disappoints. We found a hole in the wall BBQ place in Cherry Log called the Pink Pig that is not to be missed if your a BBQ snob!!!! None of the fridges made ice, boo hoo!

I absolutely loved Blue.Ridge We came to Blue Ridge to attend a play at The Blue Ridge Community Theatre. We enjoyed a quick dinner at the roof bar at Hampton Hotel. On Saturday we had an awesome breakfast at Mountain Mama’s. We enjoyed the shops, meeting people and shop owners. It was a beautiful day in Blue Ridge. We arrived in town Saturday morning just in time to see The Santa Express leave from the station. We were there to celebrate my sister-in-love’s 80th birthday

We loved our trip to Blue Ridge and would definitely recommend it to others to visit. It is a quaint city with lots of variety in shopping, restaurants to eat at and lots of things to see and do. Recommend eating at the General Ledger. A definite try is the cornbread!

We planed to ride the Blue Ridge Senic Railway on this trip and this hotel was prefect for that. It was in walking distance from the depot. It is right downtown with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel itself appeared to be new or recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is really great and not far from downtown Blue Ridge. The setup is really nice, and the loft upstairs is perfect. The bed was comfortable upstairs. The kids' bedroom was nice, the bunk beds were perfect for the children. The decor is nice, everything was tastefully decorated. It was a nice place for children, generally!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and warm, which made my trip wonderful. Although I stayed only one night this time, I would love to stay longer on my next visit. It was the first time I had ever experienced such a pleasant stay at a hotel.
