The breakfast was horrible. Food was dry or greasy.

The breakfast was horrible. Food was dry or greasy. It was like it had been reheated several times. Staff were nice but weren't very informed about the hotel policies. For example, nobody told me that due to the Holiday I would not have my room tidied up. I was staying there for 2 days with 3 other family members in celebration of the Holiday and my Birthday. I was told that the dirty towels would remain on the floor and the beds would not be made due to short staffing during the Holiday. When asked if I could get a discount for the services not being provided, nobody could provide me with an answer. Frustrating! Finally, a staff member volunteered to provide clean towels and remove the dirty ones. But the beds weren't made, and the bathroom wasn't freshened up.

The staff was absolutely amazing especially the two ladies who made the breakfast. This was the best complimentary breakfast we have ever eaten at a hotel. The check in and check out staff was great also.
