The hotel is very modern and exceptionally CLEAN!!! Also conveniently located just a few minutes from the Grand Geneva (where we needed to be for a conference). Special shoutout to the lovely Keisha at the front desk, who was so kind and helpful and even upgraded our room! She also had a complimentary toothbrush, as I had forgotten one. The continental breakfast was also great, a little nicer than a normal one, and the young lady putting out the breakfast also gave us a gluten-free muffin since the egg soufflé was not. I really appreciated that! Excellent stay, I am so impressed!

There was a lot to do for a family. We had kids ages from 2-7 and all enjoyed just as much. Morgan at the front desk was super friendly and made the check in process easy. Accommodations were made for adjoining rooms and we couldn’t be happier. Our 5 year old got to have a big sleepover with his cousins and he loved his surprise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We really appreciate it.

The facility was clean and easily accessible for the disabled. For the price, $168, I found the room to be so very small, with no information brochures in the hotel room, no clear explanation of how to assess access the Wi-Fi and Internet, the toilet itself was small and low much like one you would find in a grammar school. We are adults! I also found no extra towels if we needed them… We have a minimum number of towels for two people. The Hilton name carries with his a certain reputation that speaks of better than average rooms. I was not impressed with the size of room 310 for the price and for comfortability. The room did not represent the pictures I saw in the Internet. This facility earns two stars from me.

We visit Burlington because we have family that live there.

We visit Burlington because we have family that live there. It has a quaint downtown with lots events throughout the year. Burlington's proximity to Lake Geneva is nice, as well. We've eaten at the Charcoal Grill, Lucky Star, and Pine Street Cafe - all good food, fine local establishments - but nothing to go our of your way for. The Waterfront on Brown's Lake is nice for special occasions. Our new favorite place is YE OLDE HOTEL in nearby Lyons! Fun little place!

Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Generally, they're very hard, and I wake up sore. I woke up refreshed and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty as well! All of the staff was engaging and friendly, but not annoying. There is plenty of available parking, even when every room is sold out.

The room was clean. Bed looked freshly made. The tv was a great size. The breakfast was included and that is always a reason to pick a hotel. We enjoyed the fresh made foods.
