I thought the staff was phenomenal,great value. It was quiet. I was amazed by the sizes of the rooms both nights. Brent and Kelley were amazing.

Our room was clean, parking was right in front of our room, breakfast was very good. Biscuit and gravy were amazing. Also there was a restaurant close for our evening meal. Staff very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean as well was the bathroom. We drink coffee all day so they brought us a little coffee maker for the room.

The owner was extremely nice and very helpful when it came to ordering dinner. Will definitely be back as we travel from Arkansas to Minnesota several times a year.

We were happily surprised that so many condiments/seasonings and such were in the fridge and cabinets! We only had to supply the major foods to make a delicious Christmas dinner. The night light in the bathroom was also a welcome surprise. The television had lots of great options, and we could log in to our own streaming services for lots of choices.

The house was very nicely decorated and immaculate. The location was perfect - right across the street from the museum and about 3 blocks from the downtown area. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay, which is always a plus. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Hamilton, MO.
