United StatesThe staff especially was extremely nice and helpful to me during a few stays here. Really a great group of people. The breakfast is a standard toast and coffee kind of breakfast but was also quite good. The room was good basic motel room, very quiet, everything worked and was quite comfortable and clean. Good job all!

United StatesThe gated area for parking in a quiet neighborhood with nature and the view. The hot tub and sounds of the river. The area with the gas fireplace is lovely! The location is convenient from the gas station only five minutes. The owner was responsive and went beyond to accommodate and make sure everything was terrific. The cleaning with clear instructions. The ability to wash clothes with added benefits of supplies for keeping everything clean and what would make you feel a home away from home. The large fireplace with large TV! Books and a desk. The Tesla charger is an add and the ability to have a way to gate the area for the quiet peaceful retreat to enjoy wine was absolutely amazing!
This place is clean and having an usable full kitchen for longer stays. The keriug coffee maker with supplies was a nice surprise. Additionally a full container of soaps for the shower and extra paper towels and toilet paper. Clean linens and the add of makeup removal washcloths. The robs was Additionally a nice addition. This location has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing as everything is set up for an enjoyable time!

United StatesI absolutely loved this place! I love its minimalistic yet very modern look. It's probably one of the best houses I've ever stayed at in all my travels. The hot tub was an extra bonus, very much appreciated in the chilly evenings. The house is very big and roomy, and so very quiet. It's very centrally located, close to Sedona and Jerome - some of my favorite places in AZ. We intend to come back at some point to just enjoy the house and not explore so much lol Highly recommend! 10/10

The Casino was great
The Casino was great
We got back to the room late and there were two queen beds. I sat in my bed and it mad a sound every time I moved. Something was broken and it was the same on the others bed. I turn all night and every time I did it made the awful sound. Kept me up all night and didn’t get good sleep. Left first thing in the morning and asked them to e mail me with an explanation. It was like a squeaking sound and very loud on every move. I would have asked for another room but it was late and I was tired. Have not heard back from them. Very disappointed

This is a great area to go for relaxing, camping and hiking.
This is a great area to go for relaxing, camping and hiking. Yes! the Casino is fun. The views from the Cliff area are amazing. The area seems quite and very well kept. The restaurant Storytellers is always a pleasure for us. The river area is beautiful and serene.

We really enjoyed the Out of Africa Wild Animal Park.
We really enjoyed the Out of Africa Wild Animal Park. The animals were beautiful and our encounter feeding the giraffes during the Serengeti exhibit was exceptional. Easy to walk but they also have shuttles throughout the park for those less mobile. Staff was amazing. If you like lions, tigers, leopards, giraffes, colorful birds, zebras, reptiles, sloths, and many other animals you are going to love this place. They even had ziplines if you like to fly through the air and catch sight of the animals from above.
Would highly recommend to all ages. A great way to spend the day.
We also went to the Montezuma Castle National Monument. Short hike and beautiful surroundings including a picnic area along side the relaxing sounds of the creek nestled in the trees. The hillside Castle was a sight to see. Fascinating to learn the history of the inhabitants and how they built such a structure.
Our stay at the Cliff Castle Casino made it very easy to get around town and see everything we had planned in our two days in town. It was a fun weekend trip. The hospitality of the town was great.

Camp Verde is trying to improve the town proper but is hard...
Camp Verde is trying to improve the town proper but is hard to compete with Jerome and Cottonwood. Not much of a bargain and more of a drive. The historic fort is not worth the time. The river is better viewed nearer Cottonwood.

It is centrally situated to quite a few interesting tourist...
It is centrally situated to quite a few interesting tourist attractions and moderately priced. We went on the Verde Canyon train, to Montezuma castle and well, Sedona, Jerome, and many more incredible places. We ate at Denny’s. good food. Great service

Reservation was made for two.
Reservation was made for two. When we checked in, only one key was made available. We requested one for each of us. They WOULD NOT release a second key. Their response to our request was they were running short on keys! We returned a few hours later (after dinner and gambling), and tried again at the desk with another person and again, said they were too short on keys to request a second key.
We checked in for my husband's birthday and were very frustrated.
On a good note, rooms were very clean; beds comfortable and quiet!

So wanted an alternative to 17 services up the road so thought that I would try The Lodge. Had to check in at Casino hotel proper and room was clean and spacious. Multi channel TV, luxury bathroom but no fridge. Pool was excellent and well maintained. Ideal for Sedona exploring and going up to Clarkdale. Reception keeping my details for next year.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and breakfast lady is friendly, kind, and a real sweet person. Easy access to highway, good parking. I would definitely stay again.

Kathy and her family are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Also giving you the privacy you need. I loved that with the pod comes a hotelroom in case you want to sleep inside.
