This was a great place to stay. Looked around the area to see what was available on the Guadalupe river and found these condos. It had 2 bedrooms and was great for what we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was a wonderful place to enjoy a good rest!

It was a wonderful place to enjoy a good rest! The view from the deck towards the Hill Country was exceptional! The house was clean and with plenty of space. The AC and the heating system work fantastic (it was cold 2 out of the 7 days we stayed there). The beds were too soft for our comfort (my whole family complained about it!)

I love the people and the food at the Wildflour Artisan...

I love the people and the food at the Wildflour Artisan Bakery and Grill, both locations! I love the dry heat but wish they would get some more rain to fill their lake to its fullest and make things a little greener there. Furthermore, I love that it is so close to Austin and San Antonio for day trips if you want as well.

I called to say my clothes were left in the closet, and the...

I called to say my clothes were left in the closet, and the lady that answered said she would check and call me back. She never called me back but I went through all my clothes when I got home and there was several outfits missing. I am 100% certain one of the cleaning ladies or anyone who had access to my room took them. I am very disappointed. Don’t hire people that will steal from your customers!

The lake was at a historic low during labor day weekend 2024...

The lake was at a historic low during labor day weekend 2024. Luckily we're not boaters. Most boat ramps were closed and a lot of the lake activities were closed. One area was open for swimming and we had a decent time there. However going into the water I was glad to have water shoes on because there was this deep thick mud that made it very difficult to go in and out of the water. There were a lot of families with kids and some were swimming in an area where there are big rock cliffs that you can jump from to cleaner water. There are also some good places to eat. We ate at Elio's Italian restaurant and the food was delish! Our main visit was to the Gorge that was carved during the flood of 2002 and that walking tour was amazing. Also the walk over the Dam was very nice We adjusted and were very happy with our trip.

Canyon Lake is a great little place to stay.

Canyon Lake is a great little place to stay. Loved the area which we hadn’t visited before. Didn’t get to go to the live music at Brookshire Brothers but hopefully can in the future. We came at the right time of the year to see the flowers and of course the lake is beautiful to see. There is so much to do within an hour or less drive from Canyon Lake so, you can be away from some of the fast pace but close enough to go to those areas and visit the wineries or shop in some unique places.

place needs TLC and attention to detail . we manage VAC rentals in New Orleans. A book with details of the area, recommendation's, restaurants attractions, local map etc. Owner is sweet! Seems new to the business. Needs some help and encouragement. Lawn man cut the grass while we were trying to sleep and ran the weed whacker next to my car and stuck grass all over the sides! do it in the middle of the day or at least ask guests to move their car

It is very spacious…it sleeps 8 people in beds…but honestly it could fit double the amount…build a pallet or bring some air mattress. Also the river entrance is right behind the condo…. And if you want to grill there are 2 grills….good size balcony where everyone an chill and have their drinks/foods an look out at the river… If you want to have a great time this is the spot….I come float the river every year and I normally stay at another resort along the river but this time I got lucky and this was available….

Everything! The house, the amazing views. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I love Canyon Lake and wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the views. This place exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back!
