Could not FIND the property!

Could not FIND the property! the directions given on the site went to a private home! Drove around over an hour looking for the property. No phone service on top of the mountain but finally reached someone using the number listed and could not understand the directions still AND when I asked for the code to get the key, was given a different number than was on the reservation. Totally felt like a scam. I was late for my son's rehearsal dinner. Received a text with new directions but it was dark and was heavily raining so my son refused to drive back up those curvy mountain roads in the dark unsure if these directions and information were accurate. I want my money back!
