All of the above and more. It's odd that hotels with parking garages charge to park, but the front desk staff was very informative and helped us with the process. The staff at the bar were also accommodating and kind. I had to call the day after about a charge and the desk person was also nice and helpful

Everything it’s very beautiful

I love everything! The room! The facility. Everything was clean! Staff was very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff was very attentive. Great location as well! Pretty close to everything you need. And this Hotel is extremely accommodating, anytime I come to Norfolk which is once a year, for homecoming! This is where I stay.

It is close to downtown with lots of things to do and restaurants.

This place exceeded my expectation

Room was large and clean Beds were very comfy with an assortment of pillows from soft to firm. Quiet area, well lighted, safe. Breakfast had lots of options, cold and hot, eggs, sausage, cereals and sweets. Staff were very nice

I love it here it was my very first time staying here I’m always nervous about staying in hotels because I’ve worked in the industry over 20 years but when I say this place didn’t disappoint not one bit I had absolutely no complaints I really want to know how the executive housekeeper is great job to you I’ll definitely stay here anytime I’m in need thank you guys everything is beautiful

The manager is an exceptional man. He is always friendly and presents himself as one who is working within a particularly sect of location that is exceptionally hit by social inadequacies of our economic downturn.
