Cle Elum is a small quaint community an hour and a half from...
Cle Elum is a small quaint community an hour and a half from Seattle, Washington. If you would prefer not to have all the pressure of the fast paced large city you would love it there. Quiet, many convenient places to eat, and lots of beautiful scenery. They have an excellent pool and hot tub and an exercise room that I didn't get a chance to try but would like to have. I plan on returning someday. We were both very impressed with all of the conveniences in the room and with the layout. They thought of everything. They even have laundry facilities available for you to use if you need them. The Snowcap Lodge was a great place to stay. We highly recommend Smokey Joe's BBQ pit if you're looking for good food.

Overall, our stay was good. The room we upgraded to view. The nature around is beautiful. Staff is kind. The only thing is the high price for rooms and pool was not heated and dirty; we didn't use it.

We were in Cle Elum for one night only, following an 11-mile...
We were in Cle Elum for one night only, following an 11-mile trek into the mountains. We wanted to stay where there would be a hot tub in which to soak, so we chose the SnowCap Best Western on the west end of town. We were looking forward to a good dinner at Beau's Pizza and Pasta, but they were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We did find excellent Mexican food, but most other restaurants were closed by the time we could get off the mountain and into town.

This place is amazing! Clean, quiet, awesome free breakfast with an orange juice machine AND a waffle machine! Staff was super efficient to check in with. Beds were decently comfy. 2 sinks , one in a powder room area. Dogs allowed too. Highly underrated motel for sure. Only thing that could have made it better is bacon vs sausage and champagne to go with the orange juice but I’ll just hit Safeway next door next time lol best $65 motel EVER!

The house is simply lovely, and is beautifully appointed in a very private, wooded setting. It was perfect for our family of four adults and three teenagers. They loved the game garage and the large TV's throughout the house. I enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen and lovely dining areas, inside and out. The outdoor patio is very nice and well designed.

The house is big and well equipped. It’s in nice location and not too far from the main lodge.
The staff was kind and tried to help us as much as they could.
The area is beautiful and the resort facilities are great for families.

Breakfast was superior to other hotel free breakfasts. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Excellent WiFi and A/C. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
