The room had no dispensers with the shampoo, soap and conditioner. They did have some very tiny small portions by the sink. The wallpaper behind the toilet was all rattled up. I will send some pictures

The price was the same as another location, but lacked everything the other place had. This Econo-Lodge was not clean. The refrigerator was not cold. The AC was not cool enough. The Front Desk personnel was not even present when needing to check out. They closed the front door to the Lobby. What hotel does that? The sink was dirty as well as the furniture. The bedding did not appear to be clean. Only the TV worked. I will not stay there again or recommend it.

The hotel location provided quick,easy access to a large variety of restaurants and stores to meet most travelers needs. Traffic of course was hectic at times, but the other motorists were reasonably respectful for a large city. A nice stopping point to avoid the more hectic big city traffic. It also felt like a safer place to stay,conduct business, for senior people and their possessions. Would recommend the area.

Clinton is a quaint little college town.
Clinton is a quaint little college town. Good variety of restaurants. They have little boutiques in their old town district that are fun to explore. Vicksburg is nearby with all of their antibellium homes and military park to explore.

We stay there mostly because we used to live there.
We stay there mostly because we used to live there. And it is a convenient, relatively safe, place to stay. The "old town" has come a long way. There is decent shopping and places to eat. Clinton is worth visiting if you are in the area but I wouldn't make it a destination.

The GM Mrs.
The GM Mrs. Betty and her morning/evening was very professional tried the harder to ensure everyone during 2pm check in time had a room before they shifted ended due to short staff of housekeeping. They made sure we was comfortable and checked in. Once shifted changed; the night staff was horrible; unprofessional; loud and ghetto. Including one of the housekeeper ladies; whom approached my room door in her night clothes 🤦🏽♀️.
