The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was updated and clean, and it included free parking. We were pleasantly suprised with our stay.

This hotel is at 29 walking minutes from Citi Field. Facilities and breakfast were great. It is also near Flushing station for people using the trains. You can walk to Queens Crossing for Asian food. Staff were very kind. We loved it.

New hotel, really liked the neighborhood area and all the shops and stores.

Very modern. Location was close to public transportation. We attended an event at the Louis Armstrong Stadium. This hotel was very close.

The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

Warm staff, beautiful hotel so comfy and incredible location! Close to subway and a lovely area, the gym was nice, bathrooms, lights, quiet even though the subway was nearby, cable too! All amazing

The gentlemen that works at the Bistro at night and the young lady that works at the Bistro in the morning were exceptional people.

Everything! Felt cozy. Had a few lot of bad experiences at the airport with delay and cancellation and was exhausted! Hotel was safe place, cozy, pleasant team and amazing experience

The staff gets bonus points for hospitality, professionalism and courtesy. As Ambassador Elite at Marriott Bonvoy I've had my fair share of interacting with hotel staff. For a small hotel to provide service levels that I find better than many Marriott properties I've stayed at is definitely worth extra credit. If it weren't for that I would've rated this hotel 7/10 on account of the loud noise at night but the bonus points for the service makes it a 10/10. They have green tea & coffee in the lobby as well as in the room. A water filter for hot & cold water in the lobby so you don't have to rely on bottled water. Location is close to many Asian restaurants & supermarkets so anything you need is within a 10-min walk.
