The bed linen had burn holes, the sink wouldn’t drain due to something being dropped in it. Ac was dirty and there were some stains on the curtains. Breakfast was just yogurt and mini waffles

The manager on site was tremendously rude!

The manager on site was tremendously rude! She let me keep my dog for the 1st 2 nights stay, because she keeps her dog there but kicked me out of my paid room on the 3rd night for having my dog. She was screaming and beating on my door like a crazy person, instead of acting professional and talking to me like a human being. She tried to act like she didn’t know that I had a dog, but she seen my dog several times and I also had told her that I was having to take my dog to the vet up there in Virginia. She keeps her dog there 24 hours a day, so I was shocked that she acted that way! She even refused to give me a refund after kicking me out. I really hopes that she has the life that she deserves!!!

What I liked about my stay in Collinsville, Virginia was...

What I liked about my stay in Collinsville, Virginia was that it was not to crowded for the time of the year and everyone is very nice and makes you feel right at home and comfortable. Collinsville has so many options for places to eat out or dine in for the evenings. Collinsville, Virginia is good at getting around town and there is a lot of different things you can do here and alot of different places you can shop at also at good prices. There is really nothing I would avoid.
