It was ok was told before I went the indoor pool was up and...
It was ok was told before I went the indoor pool was up and working but they needed to fix the pump .upon arrival was never working and as I left still wasn't .I was lied to and never got a answer as if they wanted to fix it even the little fitness room the things are broken In there and not fixed.They did t wash the blankets both the brown ones or even the white comforter ones .The brown blankets I never seen them being washed when people would check out .Only thing I seen being changed was the sheets and pillow cases .Was in a room and had booked more time so transfered to another room because I got bitten somehow by ticks and told them .they didn't change out and deep clean and fix anything just got it ready for the next guest Will always now be very careful where I spend my money .Hampton inn was a much better experience than this place and online states you pay cents for a breakfast which was like a upcharge for 20 plus per day for the same things no fruits or anything different same bland things.And the ones who are in charge are no help.The women who are the maids were amazing and go great jobs but they can only do what they are told.Alot of MJ use outside union arrival and things that aren't ok especially with children.So we will never come back to this place .Was ok for awaiting for our house but will do our business somewhere else in the future ..

We went to the visitors' center.
We went to the visitors' center. Rosalind was so very helpful and friendly. It really sold us on visiting the rest of the town and the shops and restaurants. As it was 96 degrees in the shade, this is a ringing endorsement!

We was there for a concert at Homestead Farm to see Brothers...
We was there for a concert at Homestead Farm to see Brothers of the Heart. Was a very lovely place and easy to find. We plan on returning in December for the Isaac’s Christmas Gathering.
We didn’t have time to explore other sites in Columbia Tenn. We plan to stay longer our next visit!

Loved the shops in the downtown area of Columbia.
Loved the shops in the downtown area of Columbia. Store clerks were extremely friendly and there was a wide variety of shops! It was so easy to park on the street and walk around the "square" to visit the shops. There is also a variety of eating establishments as well as an antique store. Fun weekend!

I really liked it.
I really liked it. There were sites to see and things to do for all ages. A lot of history to take in . A lot of different stores that weren’t big name chains to find unique one of a kind items to buy for souvenirs or gifts. The food was great at Puckets and a lot of things to see and do one the square

Columbia is my hometown!!
Columbia is my hometown!! I would have stayed another couple of days. However, the bedbugs and this place was not habitable! Columbia is a beautiful place to visit, 2 awesome parks/ a dog park. Duck river for fishing. Wishing driving distance to Cool Springs Mall and Spring Hill. Beautiful small town charm.

This is my new favorite hotel! They were amazing from start to finish. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The suite was exquisitely clean and comfortable (great beds too) and the kitchen was stocked which was so nice, being able to use real dishes was a major plus !We felt incredibly welcomed and safe !! That says a lot. The coffee station and store in the lobby were great & I will absolutely stay many times in the future!

We got there at 7 on. Room was not ready. Glad we didn’t get there at check in at 3. Pool and gym were both closed due to maintenance. Got to room and was not properly cleaned. Beds weren’t even tucked. At breakfast even the juice was shut down due to maintenance.
They did not have anything working in this hotel.
I will NEVER stay here again.
