Loved the property, definitely gave us the perfect place to celebrate my friends Girlmore girls inspired birthday. The attention to details were incredible; the handles, robes, even the rubber ducky. It was fun but still very tasteful. I mean even toliet paper had scalloped edges 🤯 The interior design was fabulous, it all worked so well. Clearly someone has a great eye for design and interior decor. The Inn was cozy and comfortable but very clean, classy and chic also. Excellent Location, nice walk to all the restaurants and shops. Great Hospitality, it was nice to grab a water and snack in the evening before bed and a coffee in the morning for a lovely walk. Staff was very nice, Loved Joe. He was so polite and kind. Wonderful encounter with an Local Galleria Englishman, who check on us, he really missed his calling as a tour guide, gave us fabulous information and history. We will definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to visit again.

I arrived at around 10:30pm after 24+ hours of flight from...

I arrived at around 10:30pm after 24+ hours of flight from Taipei to JFK with three hours of driving and a welcome reception by the event organizer, i only saw a sign at the locked door of the hotel with my name on it, saying that the key is at the door of Room 1 (so that the whole world can see who stays in the room of this motel?) I realized that this means that no one was at the desk to serve or willing to do so. When i entered the room, it smells and the sink is dirty with hairs. No towels, no shampoo or soap. As I had been travelling by then for almost 30 hours and needed a shower, I had to the local gas station to buy them. It turns out that there’s NO HOT WATER! I tried the next morning for at least 20 minutes but still in vein. I left for the whole day meetings without taking a shower for 40 hours and in disbelief! Moments later, someone in the name of Anju Patel called me at least 7 times, during my profesional meetings, claiming that I put on hold my credit card with no intention to pay. (I booked thro Booking.com and it’s not possible to withhold any credit info!) It looks like the manager screwed up the second time! Extremely upset with the terrible condition in the room and lack of services, I nevertheless provided the credit card info again. Then Patel for unknown reason asked for credit info one more time during my intensive, back-to-back meetings. I just couldnt believe it! I’ve never seen this before in my whole life traveling around the world including the States! Simply put, this hotel has no business in the hospitality at all! If Booking.com (or any other third-parties) continues to work with this hotel, I will reconsider to continue to be a customer of Booking.com!
