Travelled with spouse and teen. Room was plenty big for us. Rooftop pool and bar are nice. Walking distance to main area of Delray Beach. Easy parking. We were in the area visiting friends and this was pretty central for us.

I have worked in hospitality for 25 years-if I did not know it, I would have thought we were the first to stay in this room ever! It was pristine-very clean and comfy. Room and hotel had clearly been remodeled and updated recently and it showed. Breakfast was great-nice selection clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

There was no complimentary breakfast, but on booking.com they led me to believe that there was. The hotel however took care of me because booking.com did not reallly represent themselves the right way.

Karen and her Husband were great! They were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. The house was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and celebrated her bday there. The house is located super close to the Ave and there is a cute little lasagna food truck on the corner. We loved our time there and will be back again!

I liked most that it was on the beach, management was nice...

I liked most that it was on the beach, management was nice and so were the people I met there getting the tan I wanted. What I hated was that I did not get the unit I paid for as shown facing the beach or I would not have paid like $2,200 for a dark, dingy, smelly place to stay facing other units right next to the office with furniture so old and warn looking like it had not been steam cleaned in 50+ years!!! I had to open all windows and doors to air it out and felt I needed to put a beach towel to sit on it! I screamed bloody murder!! The dishwasher was so noisy I turned it on when I went to bed! Plus it was 7 miles from the restaurants and I did not have a car!!! Thank goodness the couple below my unit had a car and she was so thoughtful to take me to the great grocery store with her 3 miles away. The taxi from the airport cost $115 each way taking 45 minutes! Talk about a disappointing 80th birthday present to myself at such an outrageous cost for that place booking through the 3rd party, Booking.com! It was not nearly worth the price I paid and would directly book through the time share to save a significant amount of money for Booking.com profits!!!

It’s a fun place, lots or restaurants and bars, beach , cinema. I think a few days is fine but more than that I found it a bit boring and was itching to move on. Essentially Delray Beach has one main walkable street where all the restaurants etc are.

Delray Beach is very yuppy and busy downtown. Difficult to get to restaurants without valet, but area surrounding it is very nice, and affordable restaurants can be found. Library is nice. Atlantic dunes park is nice. Fairly close to lion country safari and wellington. The trirail is very convenient to get to fort lauderdale airport. Maybe dont need a car if you stay right downtown, otherwise need one to get around. Had a hertz rental car downtown, but i had no dealing with them.

Delray beach tennis center, excellent place to play and have fun. Avoid the Elisabetta`s Ristorante Bar Pizzeria, overpriced and the food is poor. If the italian restaurant cant do pasta carbonara-its poor.

Our son called Delray Beach a bougie place. He was right. It was "perfect" for us! Lots of shopping. We got 10K steps without any problem. I've never been to Florida; I would go again to Delray Beach.

this house beats staying in a hotel by far the house has everything you could possibly need very close to popular restaurant and shopping area and the beach we went to the beach using the three bikes they supplied we had a great time here. The inside of this house is beautiful. Well done home owners.i highly recommend renting this home when staying in the area

Very clean and charming boutique style hotel / villas just a few minutes walk to the beach, but also walking distance to Atalantic Blvd where boutiques and restaurants can easily be found serving great food. Premises were super clean, offering all needed amenities in the kitchen and overall apartment. Staff is super polite, friendly, and available if you need anything. Highly recommend place.

More than perfect. Awesome Villa with everything you need and even more. Great location in a quiet area with shops and restaurant nearby. Delray beach central area is 5-10 min drive / West Palm Beach 20 min drive. Very kind and highly professional Villa's management team.

It is a nice hotel with a really good breakfast but the cleaner we had for our room was doing less than the bare minimum wich make us feel frustrated. She did not left paper towel multiples of times. We had to report it. But, everything else was on top.
