Location, the bed, the view... we had a lovely.relaxing weekend at your place. We will love.to come stay again and hopefully for a longer amount of time. Vacation is never long enough. But it was a great break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas.

The tiny house by the marsh was absolutely delightful! The host put so much effort into the many special touches to add to the charm of the stay. The property was breathtaking and the house was perfect. We especially appreciated the park pass and had an amazing six mile hike. After being in Savannah and Hilton Head, it was lovely to unwind and appreciate the beauty that the low country brings.

You will be awed by the gorgeous sunset views right from your covered porch (or inside through the big windows). This well-equipped and nicely designed end-unit condo directly faces the long sandy beach which is just steps away. Watch for the porpoises! There are restaurants in the complex but there is a Food Lion and ABC liquor store as you get to town. Our grandson loves snakes so we had to go to the Edisto Island Serpentarium. Lovely place to visit for all ages. We also drive down to Botany Bay, a free nature preserve with a boneyard beach. We were there at high tide so we didn't get directly to the beach. Check the tide charts. You will pass both of these places as you get close to Wyndham Ocean Ridge, so it's easy to get back to them after you're settled into the condo. Checking in was easy but it takes time because they want to have you sign up for a 90-minute condo sales pitch. Unless that's your thing, just FIRMLY say no. Our group included 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young grandkids (age 7 and a baby). There was no crib but we just brought the pack 'n play. We really loved our stay!

We enjoy our annual getaway to Edisto.

We enjoy our annual getaway to Edisto. Always a nice quiet beach. This year we were there to enjoy the Holiday market by the marina and the Edisto Parade on Saturday. Look forward to returning next year!

Edisto beach has many great seafood restaurants and quiet public beach sections. The area is very well kept. Where we stayed was a river filled with turtles which we could watch from the condo deck and was very interesting.
