I love the outdoor hot tub. It is so magical in the cold outside at night. The robe you provide, makes the walk outside the hot tub bearable! Beautiful hotel. Looking forward to our next stay. I love that the hot tub is open until midnight, although I wish it were 24 hours, like the indoor pool.

LOVED that there was NO carpet in the room!!!!❤️As you can see from pics, really nice, clean place. We only stayed 1 night, but will stay here from now on, as have family here. Stayed @ others before. Plenty of parking room. Easy to get too. Really reasonable price. Bed was comfortable. Had plenty of towels, etc. Shampoo,etc.. Nice blow dryer. Frig, microwave, iron, Kerig coffee maker,& good coffee pods. YES, let me tell you about the coffee maker!!! I ALWAYS check them out, most hotels I stay, I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole😝 But, this one was very clean! I would give them 10 stars just for that!!!!😇 Also loved that they had a big mirror in front of sink, & also a long mirror too. That's a plus too!!! Also liked that toilet/shower was separate from sink( when there are 2 of you, it works better.) Very Pleased!

The staff was very nice very accommodating i gave them a piece of my sons birthday cake!! Anything I needed they helped with no complaints. The pool was warm the room was clean!! Anf the breakfast and breakfast coffee was not bad either. It wasn't startbucks but it was not bad!

Econo Lodge hotel in Kearney is located near the James Farm, home of Frank and Jesse James. Smithville Lake is nice for water sports, as is Worlds of Fun amusement park.
