The room was clean, and the staff were professional. The breakfast was excellent.

The property was exceptionally clean . The room was also clean and comfortable . I stayed in rooms 610 and 642 . 610 was of a better quality , 642 had some wear and tear . However both rooms were clean

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We didnt know what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. We picked this hotel because of the shuttle service, which was great. The hotel is near very good restaurants and other walkable places. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and professional.

Everything was perfect. Clean room and comfortable bed; nice breakfast, smooth airport transfer, nice and helpful staff

It's still under renovation but beautiful, peaceful location only down sude I explained accessibility a must although it was visible in was chair bound however I has a small tight space no accessibility. It was virtually impossible to use the bathroom toilet or shower unfortunately. I hope they have a wheelchair accessibility handicapped room next time

Great location for a long layover stay! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a package sent and they were very organized about getting it to me.

We returned from Europe via JFK and stayed a night at the Residence Inn- NY JFK Airport. Our room was so comfortable and the staff super helpful and attentive. We will be back whenever returning thru JFK
