The Foster Inn doesn't offer breakfast or have a pool. My 10/10 score is based upon the value being much more than one might expect in a low-budget no-frills motel. The Foster Inn is definitely a no-frills establishment; however, the room rate is very reasonable, and the accommodations are more than what one might expect for the price. The beds were more comfortable than expected. The carpet appeared to be new. The fridge had a freezer compartment, which many hotel fridges lack. I found that useful for cooling my ice packs. The owners/staff were helpful and gave me plasticware for eating the previous evening's leftovers for breakfast. The location was fantastic for us, as we had been to a show in Monticello in the evening and we planned to explore Allerton Park after departure.
