Ms. Amy is great at the front desk. She's always smiling and she's always ready to help me. Thankyou for such a great staff. Housekeeping is great too Poochy she's a sweetheart always making sure I have everything I need for my room. Patricia and her husband from maintenence and she works in the dining room. Its far enough away from Miami that the pace slows down a little with plenty of food choices and places to visit and explore even for us older folks. It was a easy drive south to all the fun things that the Florida keys offer. We were there 4 days and almost saw everything on our list. Robert is Here is a must experience and believe it or not, the Denny's restaurant was wonderful!

Florida City is a laid-back, convenient little town with everything you need nearby. It’s perfectly located at the gateway to the Florida Keys and the Everglades, making it a great base for exploring South Florida. There are plenty of places to eat, easy access to stores and gas, and getting around is simple. The town has a relaxed, working-class vibe and feels welcoming if you’re just passing through or staying a bit longer. Practical, accessible, and underrated — Florida City does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

good for the everglades and for affordable good italian or cuban food (Mario's), nearby also to Miami and Keys most affordable in the area for resting, dining and shopping (there's an outlet) for everglades, keys and Miami, plenty of fast food and starbucks etc, although some areas can be a bit sketchy so need to use car rather than walking

Florida City in an are with constant improvement and upgrades. They really takes pride in building and maintaining and improving Florida City. The streets are safe to walk at anytime and are lined with restaurants and shops. There are fun things to do in Florida City. Love it!! Getting around Florida City is easy, the city trolley is Free, Uber is every where, the bus way max can take you to the metro rail station where you can take the train to the airport. Freebee rides are available via the freebee app. Love South Florida and Florida City the people, the hospitality, the culture and the ease of getting around!

It was very nice breakfast was good it was clean and they also had security there I wouldn't mind taking my family back and I stay in Florida City that was just a good way for the family so that they can enjoy the pool and get out the house before school return. 🙂😊 It was also near the mall A lot of shopping places in a lot of great restaurants and also near the turnpike So I would recommend anyone who just wanna get away to go there and the prices are reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel with my family (2 adults and 2 children) for one night. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of both sweet and savory options. There’s a beautiful pool, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. There are many restaurants and fast food chains nearby that have agreements with the hotel. Great location for visiting Everglades National Park.

Breakfast has the usual cereal/milk, coffee,juice, muffins and fruit. The Hot element was just hard boiled eggs. Although we didn't use it the pool was nice and clean and the picnic areas made a nice spot for many families sitting out there for dinner. Which hotel was in walking distance to 3 fast food places.
