Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

The convenience of being able to go with the sky bridge to the convention center was perfect.

Actually perfect! We just stop over on the way from Asia to do a little shopping and frankly there was no fault to the hotel at all. It was absolute perfect. The room, the location the staff and the restaurant were all exactly what we needed. Having stayed at several of the other local Hotels in the past I was pleasantly surprised at the value and service this Hotel offered. I will stay again!

From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.

When I booked on-line, it was a double room meant for person with physical disabilities which I did not need. When I arrived to check in, I was given a better Room for 1 with a King Bed and the view was awesome. I 🥰that they had Shuttle Service as this was my first visit to Chicago and O’Hare Airport.

Complimentary shuttle to/from the airport that was always on time, helpful staff at check in, clean, comfy bedding.

Our limo driver dropped us off at Marriott Suites instead of Marriott Chicago O'Hare. Called them and they sent one of their doorman to pick us up. Delicious meal in their restaurant, nice bar and friendly staff
