The staff is extremely nice and professional while being personal to the needs of US. I feel safe when my partner is not here. It's well lit parking. The locks are state of the art. The beds are really comfortable. My room was clean and orderly. We've been enjoying my stay.

Great parking for big trucks and trailers. You get what you pay for, but it is a very clean place. Rough around the edges

The woman at the desk was SO nice, very helpful. Room was clean, had Hulu installed on the TV already. Fridge and freezer were good and cold!

Franklin is a very small town that smells awful.

Franklin is a very small town that smells awful. The gas is way too high for it to be an important manufacturing paper town. There is an awesome spot near the factory you can go and park and walk up the hill to this Japanese gazebo. The best Mexican food is also there near Walmart it’s called El Ranchero. Also downtown has some great spots also.

We needed a place to sleep to break up a long drive. It was about an hour away from the airport and cheaper than driving closer to our destination. Beds were comfortable and pillows were better than some budget motels where you only get half a pillow. there were 3 normal sized pillows on each full sized bed.

1st time in Franklin, VA. Too country for my taste but the service and facility was smooth and professional. Standard king room was very clean. Basic amenities. Quiet stay. Pleasantly surprised since there are really only 3 hotels in the immediate area. I would stay again for a short stay.

I ended up not staying there. The hotel wasn't as described and the room wasn't one anyone could stay in for even one night.
