The view and the trains passing by the window was the most relaxing thing for me. I also like the mirror that turns into a see-through window for the shower. Perfect for couples.

Great city views, close to the subway and very clean

I liked how the train station was not too far. Literally about 5-6 blocks away. I liked how the bathroom was fully stocked, how the hallways smelled so good. I liked how friendly the staff was and how easy check in was. The bed was comfy.

Comfy ,always give extra towels etc when asked ,i was able to extend by givin 20 a hour after checkout time .I left at 1 for 40 extra dollars .checkout at 11

Everything about the pod brooklyn was amazing!! The location is great, there’s a few subway stations nearby (it’s prob like 30ish min away from time square) there’s a lot to do and to explore. also is def in a good neighborhood. My sister and I stayed there for a week and we had an amazing time. Even though the rooms are obviously kinda small is enough and all you need. The staff were the kindest people ever!! There’s also a coffee shop/bar right next door which is a good option if you wanna grab a quick bite or have a chill drink. We also took one of walking tours they offered and we had a delightful time.

The staff was incredible, especially the young girl at the desk. She was kind and professional and the young man kept everything clean in the hotel, he was mopping the floor when we came back from a wedding. The hotel is really clean. The staff had made flower towels and bow ties in the bathroom, such intricate details that definitely stay with you as you think about the hotel. The area is industrial however Nova Hotel is definitely accommodating at a prestigious level.

The rooms and amenities are brand new. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and well served. Staff friendly and accommodating. Location is good, closer to train stations and the LaGuardia airport, it’s just a little complicated to get there if you don’t know the area. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
