The room was spacious and had everything we needed; bathroom, sink, microwave, good size fridge, tv, sofa etc. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was there for a wedding that was in another town nearby.

I was there for a wedding that was in another town nearby. I only visited Friona Inn, the restaurant next door something kitchen, and the Allsup’s for gas. I had no issues with anyone I encountered or with the traffic.

Friona, TX is a small town in the Texas panhandle.

Friona, TX is a small town in the Texas panhandle. The people a fairly friendly in the stores we visited. Very limited number of places to eat. The Lowe's food market has high prices and the nearest Walmart is in Hereford which is about 23 miles away. Also Hereford is the nearest "wet" town. The county that Friona is in is DRY - NO alcohol sold whatsoever. Getting around Friona is very easy - there are only 2 stop lights in the entire town. Overall it's probably what you'd expect of a tiny town out in the middle of the ranch and farming country of Texas.
