The rooms were spacious, the staff is amazing, the grounds are well kept, the breakfast was great and I loved that there was a coffee machine where you can pick things other than just regular coffee such as lattes and cappuccinos. Check in was super easy and fast. You are also close to restaurants, close enough to walk if you wanted to. There is also a Walmart directly across the street at the light so if you run low on something you could literally walk across the street and get it.

I really enjoyed their friendly staff and cleanliness offered by the establishment. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. The only things i would have negative to say is their lack of options and minimal hours with their continental breakfast but above all it was a very enjoyable stay.

I'm originally from Gadsden so not much to say really.

I'm originally from Gadsden so not much to say really. The city...in fact the entire county is very depressed and lacking in potential or reasons to visit other than to see family. You would think with the Coosa River running through there would be more industry, jobs, construction, things to do but nope. The powers that be haven't done much of anything to improve the area and probably never will. But hey...there's no shortage of fast food restaurants, vape stores and liquor stores although the reasonably priced ABC stores close at 7 p.m. No construction no nothing...just a depressed area.

Gadsden has been in a steady decline.

Gadsden has been in a steady decline. Crime is increasing and there seems to be more homeless. Many neighborhoods are not safe and drugs are a problem. The Gadsden mall has pretty much nothing in it now.

Not really much to do, so if you have kids, this isn't a...

Not really much to do, so if you have kids, this isn't a good vacation spot. We just vend/attend reptile shows in the area is all, so our stays are short lived. There are plenty of restaurants and the citizens are friendly. Gas prices are lower than average in some areas, mountain views are amazing..PEOPLE CANNOT DRIVE HERE THOUGH! Lots of slamming on brakes, cutting off, etc. Similar to Atlanta, GA traffic, but could be worse. Street racing is a thing here, especially at night.

Check-in was smooth. Room was as pictured.

Check-in was smooth. Room was as pictured. Hotel was in the middle of everything we needed to get to. Room was quiet even tho we were on the corner. Whirlpool worked its majic every evening. I have to hand it to the House keeping staff, this room stayed spotless! Check out went well. I would easily stay again. The only minor issue was pillows too hard and the couch needed re-strung. I’m sure they would have accommodated me bad I complained to them directly.

Gadsden is such a great area I bought a house here and moved...

Gadsden is such a great area I bought a house here and moved from Georgia. It has small town quiet appeal, but tons of shopping and activities and who can forget the Falls! The school system is amazing and we are enjoying our new little home and community

The room was very clean. It has a breakfast in the morning, a pool, and an exercise room. It is very near downtown Gadsden and the interstate. You can request service for your room frequently instead of like other hotels, where you might get it every fourth day.
