Clean, friendly and quiet, good staff and really good breakfast

Breckfasts were excellent, better than other Holiday Inn express hotels we have where we have stayed.

Great place to stay. I travel for work. Will definitely stay again. I felt safe & content.

I like that the property was clean, all lights are working, bath towels and linen were washed, m and smelled fresh. The staffs were nice and helpful. Also, the kitchen utensils for cooking were there including, hand towels, facial tissues, cups and bowls, and utensils made me felt like home. The room setting was perfect.

The service at Woodsprings suites is excellent. They take care of every one of your needs and always attendant when needed.

The staff was very nice and they help us and solve our requirements without problem and short time.

the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past.

The room was roomy and very comfortable. The convenience of being right at the airport is wonderful. And the 24 hour service to the airport is a huge plus

The staff at the Easton Town Center Aloft was by far the best I’ve seen in a long time! We were in town for my niece wedding. Front desk staff was vey accommodating. I was able to check in and got my room at 12pm. They answered a million questions I had as my older parents were checking in later that day & I was able to reserve a room on the lowest floor for them! The staff on after hours were amazing! The bartender working Saturday night was amazing! I wish I had their names! I can’t say enough about the level of service I received during my stay! Also my room was very clean and had everything I needed!

Comfortable, quiet and peaceful

We experienced a clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a nice breakfast. The location was great for where we were conducting our business.

Whole atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Facility was clean. Food was great. My family really enjoyed the stay. Other guest were very friendly as well. Definitely will be back.

Very attentive and available staff. I arrived from a red-eye much earlier then regular check-in time and was immediately given a spacious and comfortable room. For being close to the airport there is nothing better.

Amazing staff , rooms were extremely clean , breakfast was fantastic. The staff really cares and it shows. Beautiful hotel , will always stay here when visiting columbus Ohio , and will look for Home 2 suites when travelling else where. 10/10
