The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Check in was smooth and easy as well as checking out.

The hotel is close to the main street, a short walk. The room is very cozy. Romantically decorated. Close to the river. The breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there, which was very delicious. We loved the uniqueness of entering the room with a code.

Myself and mum visited here for one night whilst in Gatlinburg. The property is amazing and the fires were a brilliant added touch. The cabin was immaculate aswell as the surrounding areas. I accidentally binned a present and they were able to retrieve it for me😊would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the wine trail and shopping the small, quaint shops. The kids enjoyed the ropes course and Anakeesta. We were able to park in the middle of town for a $20 daily fee and walk to all the shops, restaurants, attractions and points of interest. The trolley was available but not chosen on this trip. The weather was warm and humid so the ice cream shop was a big hit. Really enjoyed the trip!

I really enjoyed the Smokey Mountain National Park--I could've spent more time there. I didn't realize that parking we ould be such a hassle--with the hotel location, you can walk yo the strip--our favorite good was the waffle ice cream place on the strip--extra yum and free samples to find the best flavors. Slso recommend Anakeesta after sark--the light show and the firefly walk are great at night. Also, enjoy the tower at night--no crowd or heat after dark.

Been there a few times, we are from Cincinnati so not a long drive and always a good time in fact my oldest daughter got married there. Truly a place for all ages one of the many wonderful natural beauties of our Country yet since Covid and the fire it's been a hard fight for the people that live there to get back to the place it once was but that's what I find strange. There is better country music venue's (Blake's and Jason's) restaurants and most of the other spots were able to upgrade. The Hillbilly golf and all the old still remain just better. So come on down and visit but make it a trip you will remember and book your rooms at the Zoder Inn and suites, just don't get any better!!!!

We enjoyed three days in the area.

We enjoyed three days in the area. ONE on Gatlinburg and cades cove, one in pigeon forge and dollywood, and the other at the island.... seemed to work well for us as we had two older children with us (17 and 12)... splash country didn't impress us much, but dollywood was great and so was Mama's Kitchen!!!!

What we like most is the easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail off of Airport Road. Gatlinburg is usually pretty congested and crowded during the summer and Fall months, and while they do have some parking garages, parking can be a challenge if you don't arrive early. They have a free hop on hop off trolley that you can catch at the welcome center with free parking. There are several routes designated by colors so you need to check the map or ask the driver to make sure you are on the correct trolley to the area you want to visit. Even those can be crowded with standing room only on occasion.

Love riding through the mountains and walking trails Walking the strip was nice but parents beware if your children don't like nature it will be easy to drop a few $K's there for the activities nothing is free there you pay dearly for it all

Super close (5 minutes) to downtown Gatlinburg, but feels far away and secluded. Host is easy to contact and quick to respond. Ample space to sleep a whole group, pet friendly, clean, and great amenities including a phenomenal game room, spa, toiletries, and sauna. Views are stunning, and watching the tram go up and down the mountain at night is cool. Decor, linen, and mattresses are high quality and incredibly comfortable and clean. Can’t say enough about how thoughtful everything is; 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Very friendly staff(although I’m not sure if they were just trying to sell the timeshare) clean, comfortable room with great access to the highway. We had to leave our cabin due to snow and managed to book a good rate at very short notice. The hotel was ideal as there’s no steep road to negotiate. They were out blowing snow off the pavements around the resort.
