I absolutely loved the attention to detail that went into the experience of this stay!! You could easily dub this a stay-cation accommodation from the standpoint that the house itself with all of its family entertainment potential is simple old fashioned fun!! My dad at 82 was heartily competitive with family foos ball games, toss across, perfection along with others! The design appeal of the house and bedrooms is charming! I will definitely book again if I travel out that way again.

The room was clean and very cutely decorated. The AC worked well. It’s obvious that the rooms are very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the coffee pot and fridge for use. We were really happy with everything and the staff here was wonderful!

The hosts were very welcoming. Our fridge had bottled water, fresh eggs, bacon, butter, coffee, and creamer for our coffee and a plethora of appliances to cook anything you wanted. The apartment was immaculate, the bed comfy, plenty of towels and washcloths. It was everything that was described on the website and shown in the photos. We were there for our grandson's graduation, and it was nice to come back at night to a peaceful, relaxing place. We look forward to going back.

Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary, staying a week, at Oak Valley Inn. Which was Great!! Enjoyed the small lakes , the country side, small eateries & shops. Plan on returning in the future to see more we missed!

I have been here several times for the Genesee Valley Hunt...

I have been here several times for the Genesee Valley Hunt Weekend in the past and always enjoy being here. This time, we visited the Letchworth State Park which was pretty amazing. We discovered a small Tavern just across the road and down from the hotel which had great sandwiches.

It would have been nice if you hadn’t edited my original comment. I said I had a medical problem and kept getting bounced between Booking.com and Quality Inn. Someone has to take ownership of my problem. To me as long as they got paid they are finished with the customer. No human reads these reviews or some one would have called me by now. Right now I will never use Booking.com nor stay at a Quality Inn. A human has never asked what was the reason I had to cancel. I have all the documentation of the medical condition. My 92 year old Father was the reason I had to cancel.

We were there to visit Lechworth Park and the Arcade Train...

We were there to visit Lechworth Park and the Arcade Train ride. We eat at Denny's and had a small breakfast at the motel. Geneseo is a cute little town with lots of shopping and eating areas. It's also close to a lot of fun activities.

I really liked the historic feel and the story behind the building. I really liked the very warm welcome and the personal touch by the owners of the hotel I liked the welcoming entrance and having a coffee outside on the veranda in the morning Having the bar and restaurant right next door was very convenient The breakfast was excellent and again with an amazing personal touch

The owners were very personable, and provided us with some great suggestions for dinner, and the breakfast they made was delicious. They also provided us with information regarding places to visit within the area. Beds were comfortable and the place was exceptionally clean.
