Everything, they were super nice. I stayed in room 7, but I saw room 8. Both were really great. I don't know why there are complaints. There was AC, heat, a kitchen, all the stuff you need to cook and coffee stuff. There was a table to eat. A view, everything. I'm already back for a second stay.

The place was clean and comfortable. Had the cozy cabin feel with a few nice spa-like touches. Board games and TV with streaming options provided ample entertainment.

Great location 100m from the main road, yet no problems with road noise. Plenty of room for parking, small grocery store across the road. Very friendly staff and clean room, fast and simple check-in / -out. Big Bear lake a short drive away. Slept very well despite horrible jet lag =)

Property location was close to the Villages and other attractions. Property was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Our kids enjoyed having their own space and bathroom downstairs and they also enjoyed the game room.

The room we had 108 was clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids stay. The parking was ok one night we had to park behind the lodge which a walking path to our room was a few steps away. The heated pool was not on when we got there but it warmed up a day later . The ping pong set was outdoors and they have a basketball stand . We used all the amenities. Would recommend and stay again.
