The bed was amazingly comfortable. The heater in the bathroom was magic after a cold day on the slopes. We walked to dinner at the Comfort Inn. We walked to the chair lift. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was literally cozy, warm, and perfect. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and I would highly recommend this place. It was excellent.

The location is perfect, but provision for amenities are very poor. Lack of information for first time none American travellers is inadequate. None existence of public transport should be made clear to foreign travellers.

This was our second visit and we had a great time.

This was our second visit and we had a great time. The resort was not over crowded and there was plenty of parking. Definitely enjoyed being on the first floor. The resort is centrally located so every day there was a new adventure close by. Already booked for next year!

It was a great location to see several points of interest.

It was a great location to see several points of interest. We went into Vermont and toured the Robert Frost House. We took in the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Mass, We made it to the Edith Wharton mansion, went to Albany New York, and enjoyed two concerts at Tanglewood. My son found a couple of book sales at local libraries, and the privately owned Braveheart Bookstore in Stephentown, NY. We rode the ski lift to the top of Jiminy Mountain, right at our resort.

There is a lot to see and do in The Berkshires not just in...

There is a lot to see and do in The Berkshires not just in Hancock. Every town is within close proximity to each other, 1/2 hour to 40 minutes depending on which way you traveled. Bob's Country Diner has a great selection of food and they serve breakfast all day. We like to shop and there are plenty of crafty type stores in all areas of The Berkshires, two most notable locations for us, Inspired Creations and The Berkshire Emporium. In the past we stayed at Club Wyndham Bentley Brook and Vacation Village. Club Wyndham was our best overall choice.

A village of multiple buildings, with apartments, all looking alike on the side of a mountain. Lacked charm in my opinion with the exception of the lobby which had a great view and an indoor pool and what seemed to be a arcade area. Wow - a cheesy arcade but no restaurant, bar or any other amenity and you are in the middle of nowhere. These are really time-shares for ski buffs. Long drive from off of route 7. No smart TVs - you get to borrow DVD.s. The apartment itself was dated however very clean and nicely laid out. Welcome to the '90s everyone. No for me , maybe for you. Don't go unless you do want to stay long term.

It had a beautiful checkin lounge that overlooked the indoor pool that overlooked the mountains. Our condo was very well decorated, cozy with a fireplace, and very well cleaned. It was very comfortable and felt homey on a cool autumn stay. We ate at a nearby resort in one of their restaurants. I would had made reservations to eat dinner if I knew it would had been hard to find food without driving a ways.

This place was the perfect spot for our winter break ski vacation. Located right on Jiminy Peak with a dedicated parking spot. We were right near the ski school and all rentals which meant we were able to get our skis the night before and get on the slopes early. After a long day of skiing we relaxed by the fire in our warm and cozy apartment nestled right on the mountain. We even had great views of the kids at ski camp.Kitchen was fully stocked so were able to stay home and cook if too tired to dine out.

Booked a 2 day golfing trip with friends of mine. On the day of check-in we played 36 holes of golf, and then went to check in around 7 PM. We were greeted by the front desk who said that our reservation was canceled because they overbooked they made it look like it was my fault, they were not apologetic. They offered very little help for us to find a new hotel. And that was it.
