The location is right by a Ralphs and tons of cute little restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to walk to most places. It's a cute little room with amazing water pressure in the bathroom. As a single female who travels alone I felt very safe in this location which is a big deal for me in most cities.

The room was very clean! I really liked the whole experience from checking in that was super easy, to how pretty the hotel is. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable!

The staff is great here. Everything is awesome. The price is good. The only thing is the hot tub wasn’t working twice now in a six month span and that’s part of the reason why I would book this place so advertising that it has a hot tub when it’s actually broke down is not good.

The hotel staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and modern with a comfy bed, and they had a gym there too.

the location is superb in the middle of Burbank - everything is closeby. Didn't really use breakfast - so can't comment.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The shuttle to Universal Studios was a life saver and made our life so much easier with 3 kids. The hotel was very nostalgic, and we loved it all around!!

Location, short drive to Universal Studios. Area looked/seemed safe. Staff was welcoming, shout out to Jeff and Security Guard. No problems checking in or out. Facility was clean. Double queen room on second floor, appreciate the accommodation after requesting when booking. Room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable, bathroom great and TV worked just fine. Rooms start on the second floor. Lobby, gym, business area, snacks & drinks and breakfast area are all on first floor. Used pool on second floor in early evening hours and was heated, overcast evening so worked out perfect. Breakfast options in the morning were great. I had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast and orange juice. Walked away with an orange for a later snack. Smoking area outside if needed.

The pool was open till 10pm which gave us more time to enjoy it

Really clean, new and modern. Friendliest staff. Centrally located. Good restaurants and a whole food really nearby.

Everything was great! Staff very friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from universal studios. We arrived shortly before check in and our room wasn’t ready. Not a problem we just had cocktails in the bar while we waited. An hour later our room still wasn’t ready so we got upgraded to a pool view room with balcony. The balcony was amazing. Sat out there every morning.

I loved the front desk host Xavier he was super helpful and very knowledgeable with guiding us. Very close by to Universal Studios and love the bed it’s super comfy
